About the Product

Product Details

  • Cleaning service for oil vapor stains on slim/tent type cooker hoods.
  • Providing a service for removing and cleaning stains from internal/external equipment, filters, and oil filters. (Only for models that can be removed and washed)
  • Covers electrical current inspection and basic use of the range hood
  • This service does not include maintenance work. and dismantle equipment inside built-in furniture
  • Services are provided by a team of professional technicians who have been trained in skill standards from the Department of Skill Development.
  • Guaranteed cleaning work for 30 days (in case the machine can work normally)
  • Working time is approximately 2 hours (depending on the worksite area).
  • Number of employees entering the service: 2 people

  • Air blower
  • Extension plug
  • Plastic Wrap or Blue Sheet canvas for covering the area
  • Rubber gloves, sponge, cleaning cloth and Scotch-Brite
  • Cleaning spray and plastic tray
  • Electrical current measuring device and voltage

Steps for cleaning the range hood

  1. The technician team arrives at the work site on the appointed day and time. Work hours: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. / 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. / 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  2. Access the customer's home site, take a photo and upload it to STS. Check in when you arrive at the customer's home. Take photos at the work site before starting work. and prepare a space for moving unrelated materials Cover areas that may be affected by work.
  3. Check product condition Test the system on-off Eye hood functionality and check whether the light is on normally or not Ready to take photos before starting work
  4. Remove the filter unit. and oil tray
  5. Remove the fan unit (removable models only).
  6. Spray the solution on the filter grid inside the tent and leave for 3-5 minutes.
  7. While waiting for the spray solution to dry Wipe clean the outside of the device.
  8. Clean the filter screen set.
  9. Blow dry and wipe dry.
  10. Put the equipment back together.
  11. Clear the cleaning area before handing over work.
  12. The customer signs to inspect and accept delivery of the work.

Terms of service

  • Service standards for cleaning oil vapor stains (no maintenance)
  • We reserve the right to stop providing service in cases where the equipment is not in perfect condition. or damaged electrical appliances
  • We reserve the right to not accept service in cases where there is a risky area, confined space, no running water or electricity system.
  • We reserve the right not to provide dismantling services for equipment inside built-in furniture.
  • Guaranteed cleaning work for 30 days (in case the machine can work normally)

  • The above price includes VAT.
  • In the case that the installation area is higher than 3 meters, there will be a fee for working at height. and scaffolding equipment

Scope of service area

  • Areas nearby V-Fix branches, Bangkok areas
    • Free for the first 30 kilometers only from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home mentioned above.
    • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
